Jun-Aug ........ $750/week (weekly only)

Discounts for two and three week rentals.

* There is an 11% local tax added to all rates.

All weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. Check out is 10:00 a.m.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION

Reserve more than 60 days in advance: ½ rental will be charged to your card.
At 60 days prior to arrival, balance of total rental is charged to your card.

Cancel more than 60 days before arrival- full refund
Cancel 60-30 days before arrival- forfeit ½ total rental
Cancel 29 or fewer days before arrival- forfeit total rental OR re-book for another week within 6 months and ½ rental will be applied to the new booking. In the case of natural disaster, including but not limited to hurricanes, vacation dates will be rebooked.

On date of arrival, damage deposit of $200 is charged to your card, which is credited upon inspection of the house at check out. In order to NOT incur actual charges, please meet these criteria:

• No damage to home or contents (actual cost to repair)
• No linens or household items missing (actual cost to replace)
• House was not smoked in (forfeiture of entire damage deposit)
